This action was filed in this court on June 12, 2023. (Dkt. 1.) Jurisdiction is alleged based on diversity jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. However, it appears the court may lack subject matter jurisdiction because the Complaint may not adequately allege the citizenship of all artificial entities. (See Dkt. 1.)
