I. SUMMARY OF PROCEEDINGS On January 24, 2023, Plaintiff Tony Moreno (“Plaintiff”), a state inmate currently housed at California State Prison, Los Angeles County, filed a pro se Complaint alleging violations of his civil rights pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. (Compl., ECF No. 1.) On January 30, 2023, the Court granted Plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma pauperis. (ECF Nos. 2, 5, 6.) Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915A(b), 1915(e)(2)(B), the Court screened and dismissed the Complaint with leave to amend on March 6, 2023 (“Order”). (Order, ECF No. 10.)
