I. INTRODUCTION

18 Plaintiff Marion B.1 (“Plaintiff”) challenges the Commissioner’s denial of 19 disability insurance benefits (“SSDI”) and supplemental security income (“SSI”). 20 For the reasons stated below, the decision of the Commissioner is REVERSED.

II. SUMMARY OF PROCEEDINGS

23 On January 8, 2020, Plaintiff filed an application for SSI, alleging disability 24 beginning June 10, 2019. (AR 177). On January 10, 2020, Plaintiff filed an
