On September 7, 2023, Veganoush Dichtchian (“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint against Mercedes- Benz USA, LLC (“Defendant”) in Los Angeles County Superior Court alleging violations of the Song- Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1790 ef seq.) stemming from a May 19, 2023 lease of a 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS450 (“Vehicle”) from Defendant.
