On February 13, 2023, Plaintiff Lindy St. Clair (“Plaintiff”) filed a complaint against Defendants United States of America, United States Postal Service, and John Doe (“Defendants”). (“Complaint,” Dkt. No. 1.) On December 1, 2023, the Court ordered Plaintiff to show in cause in writing by December 11, 2023 why the action should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution.
