14 RULING Before the court is Appellant Nile Niami’s (“Appellant”) appeal of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California’s (the “Bankruptcy Court”) March 28, 2022 Order Granting Debtor’s Motion (the “March 28, 2022 Order,” Dkt. 1 at 5) in Bankruptcy Case No. 2:21-bk-18205-DS (the “Bankruptcy Action”). Appellees The Beverly Hills Estates, Inc. (“TBHE”), Rayni Williams, and Branden Williams (collectively, the “TBHE Appellees”) filed a response on June 24, 2022. Dkt. 13.
