(Docket No. 15.) The Court’s OSC warned that failure to respond may result in the imposition of sanctions, including but not limited to dismissal of the complaint. Plaintiff did not file a written response to the OSC. Instead, on November 28, 2023 Plaintiff filed a request for the clerk to enter default against defendant. (Docket No. 16.)
