Finberg, and Cornelia Dai, on behalf of 20 all additionally named counsel and law firms Leonard Carder, LLP, Altshuler Berzon 21 LLP, and Hadsell, Stormer, Renick & Dai LLP (“Counsel”) seek leave to withdraw as 22 counsel of record for Plaintiff Gustavo Tarin.
