Factual Background1 Plaintiffs Sumaira and Syed Rahman (collectively, the “Rahmans”) are the owners of a property located at 1897 Ribera Drive, Oxnard, California 93030 (the “Property”). Compl. ¶ 1. Plaintiffs purchased the Property in 2002. Compl. at 4.2 In 2008, the Rahmans refinanced their mortgage with JPMorgan Chase. Id.
