11 12 13 Before the Court is an appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court (the 14 Honorable Victoria S. Kaufman, United States Bankruptcy Judge). Appellants 15 Tammy Phillips and Tammy R. Phillips, a Prof. Law Corp. appeal the Bankruptcy 16 Court’s Order Granting Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Complaint (“Dismissal 17 Order”). 18 Appellants submitted their Opening Brief (“OB”) on November 7, 2022. 19 (Docket No. 15).
