Thompson, Gregory R. Holmes, and YouTube LLC, although other defendants have included the judge and two members of judicial staff who participated in Schultz’s action in the California Superior Court against Thompson, Holmes, and YouTube. Plaintiff been repeatedly warned about filing plainly deficient pleadings and motions, but the stream of filings has continued unabated.
