Dkt. 1-1, Ex. A (“Compl.”). The Complaint asserts three 5 state-law claims based on the Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”), Cal. 6 Gov. Code § 12940 et seq. Id. 7 On June 14, 2023, Defendant removed the action to this court based on alleged 8 diversity jurisdiction.
