17 RULING On October 2, 2023, Plaintiff Yanira Covarrubias (“Plaintiff”) initiated this action against Defendant Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (“Defendant”) in the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Dkt. 1-1 (“Compl.”). The Complaint alleges two causes of action, both stemming from the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (the “Song-Beverly Act”). Id.
