I. BACKGROUND

Adams-Vargas initiated this action in Los Angeles County Superior Court on October 30, 2023. (See Compl., Doc. 1-2.) She brings claims against Harbor Group for several violations of California law flowing from her allegedly wrongful termination. (See generally id.)
