16 Defendants. 17 18 Before the Court is Plaintiff Dr. Sanjiv Goel M.D., Inc.’s (“Plaintiff”) Motion to 19 Remand to the Superior Court of California for the County of Ventura. (ECF No. 11 20 (“Mot.”)). Defendant United Healthcare Services, Inc. (“Defendant”) opposes. (ECF No. 21 14 (“Opp.”)). The Court has read and considered the matters raised with respect to the 22 Motion and determined that this matter is suitable for decision without oral argument. See 23 Fed. R. Civ. P. 78(b); C.D.
