Proceedings: Order DISMISSING Plaintiff’s Complaint for Failure to Prosecute (IN CHAMBERS) On August 18, 2023, Plaintiff filed a complaint against defendant BS Kings Liquor, Inc. (“Defendant”). (“Complaint,” Dkt. No. 1.) On January 15, 2024, the Court ordered Plaintiff to show cause in writing by February 5, 2024, why this action should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution. (“OSC,” Dkt. No. 15.) On February 2, 2024, Plaintiff filed a proof of service which stated that the Complaint was served on Defendant on February 2, 2024. (“POS,” Dkt. No. 16.)
