17 Before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment (“MSJ”) filed by Defendants 18 Michael Moore, Justin Peters, Edgar Muro, Kristopher Clark, Nicholas Chacon, Ben 19 McPheeters, Jeritt Severns, Vicente Lopez, Ivan Guillermo, Ruben Chavez, Armando 20 Hoyos, James Zourek, and David Christenson.
