INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Luis Lesama Rodriguez initiated this putative class action against 19 Defendant JetBlue Airways Corporation (“JetBlue”) and DOES through for 20 allegedly violating numerous California wage and labor laws relating to Rodriguez’s 21 employment by JetBlue. (Notice Removal Ex. 1 (“Compl.”), ECF No. 1-1.) JetBlue 22 now moves to stay this action pending the resolution of an earlier-filed class action 23 presently before the United States District Court for the Southern District of 24 California. (Mem. ISO Mot. Stay (“Mot.”), ECF No. 17-1.) For the following 25 reasons, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s Motion to Stay.1 26
