INTRODUCTION 18 Plaintiff Luis Lesama Rodriguez initiated this putative class action against 19 Defendant JetBlue Airways Corporation (“JetBlue”) and DOES 1 through 20 for 20 allegedly violating numerous California wage and labor laws relating to Rodriguez’s 21 employment by JetBlue. (Notice Removal Ex. 1 (“Compl.”), ECF No. 1-1.) JetBlue 22 now moves to stay this action pending the resolution of an earlier-filed class action 23 presently before the United States District Court for the Southern District of 24 California. (Mem. ISO Mot. Stay (“Mot.”), ECF No. 17-1.) For the following 25 reasons, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s Motion to Stay.1 26 27
