Defendant. 16 I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Van R.2 (“Plaintiff”) challenges the Commissioner’s denial of a period of disability and disability insurance benefits (“DIB”). For the reasons stated below, the decision of the Commissioner is REVERSED, and the matter REMANDED. II. BACKGROUND On September 17, 2019, Plaintiff applied for DIB, alleging disability beginning March 30, 2013. (AR 70-72.)
