15 Defendant. 16 17 I. INTRODUCTION 18 Plaintiff Van R.2 (“Plaintiff”) challenges the Commissioner’s denial of a 19 period of disability and disability insurance benefits (“DIB”). For the reasons 20 stated below, the decision of the Commissioner is REVERSED, and the matter 21 REMANDED. 22 II. BACKGROUND 23 On September 17, 2019, Plaintiff applied for DIB, alleging disability 24 beginning March 30, 2013. (AR 70-72.)
