Factual Background1 Plaintiff Stephen Rozzo (“Rozzo”) is a former employee of Defendant Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. (“Sun Pharma”). FAC ¶ 8. Rozzo worked for Sun Pharma for over six and half years, holding various management positions during his tenure. FAC ¶¶ 8, 9.
