Factual Background1 3 Plaintiff Stephen Rozzo (“Rozzo”) is a former employee of Defendant Sun Pharmaceutical 4 Industries, Inc. (“Sun Pharma”). FAC ¶ 8. Rozzo worked for Sun Pharma for over six and half years, 5 holding various management positions during his tenure. FAC ¶¶ 8, 9.
