On January 18, 2024, Plaintiff filed a complaint. (“Complaint,” Dkt. No. 1.) On January 26, 2024, the Court instituted a limited scheduling order. (“Scheduling Order,” Dkt. No. 9.) The Scheduling Order provides the following:
