19 On September 23, 2020, plaintiff Darrell E. Johnson, a California state prisoner 20 proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, filed a Complaint in this Court under 42 U.S.C. 21 § 1983. Plaintiff filed a supplemental complaint on April 28, 2022. The Court found the 22 Complaint subject to dismissal but granted leave to amend. 23 Plaintiff filed a First Amended Complaint (“FAC”) on August 15, 2022. Plaintiff 24 primarily alleges that medical staff at the California Men’s Colony was deliberately 25 indifferent to his medical needs.
