I. BACKGROUND

Plaintiff’s claims arise from the purchase of a 2022 Nissan Frontier (the “Subject Vehicle”). (Complaint (Docket No. 1-1) ¶ 8). Plaintiff alleges that the Subject Vehicle was delivered to Plaintiff with serious defects including, but not limited to, engine, electrical, structural, and transmission system defects. (Id. ¶ 10). Plaintiff further alleges that Defendant failed to conform the Subject Vehicle to the applicable warranties after a reasonable number of repair attempts within 30-days and/or within a reasonable time.
