JIM ROBERTSON, Warden, 14 15 Respondent. 16 17 Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636, the Court has reviewed the Petition, the records on file, and 18 the Report and Recommendation (“Report”) of the United States Magistrate Judge. Further, the 19 Court has engaged in a de novo review of those portions of the Report to which objections have 20 been made. 21 The Magistrate Judge’s Report recommends dismissal with prejudice of Ground Four of 22 the Petition, service of the Petition to Respondent, and a stay of the action until the United States 23 Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit issues its decision in Price v. Santoro, No. 23-55324. 24 (ECF No. 13.) For the following reasons, Petitioner’s objections to the Report (ECF Nos. 20,21, 25 23)warrant a change to the Magistrate Judge’s findings and recommendation. 26 /…
