INTRODUCTION 2 Before the Court is a Motion to Remand1 filed by Plaintiff Sanjiv Goel, M.D., Inc. on 3 December 29, 2023, as well as a Motion to Dismiss2 filed by Defendant United Healthcare Services 4 filed on January 5, 2024.3 5 In the Motion to Remand, Plaintiff argues that the case does not satisfy diversity jurisdiction 6 because the amount in controversy does not exceed $75,000 and the claims do not present a federal 7 question.
