INTRODUCTION Before the Court is a Motion to Remand1 filed by Plaintiff Sanjiv Goel, M.D., Inc. on December 29, 2023, as well as a Motion to Dismiss2 filed by Defendant United Healthcare Services filed on January 5, 2024.3 In the Motion to Remand, Plaintiff argues that the case does not satisfy diversity jurisdiction because the amount in controversy does not exceed $75,000 and the claims do not present a federal question.
