On March 14, 2024, Plaintiff filed an Amended Complaint (Dkt. 16, 24 “FAC”), seeking declaratory and injunctive relief against Defendants. FAC ¶¶ 22–23. 25 This is the fourth action Plaintiff has filed in the Central District of California 26 suing sitting justices of the United States Supreme Court for past rulings.
