Ian LaMonte Cormier (“Plaintiff”) has filed a pro se civil rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (“Complaint” at Dkt. 1). The Court has reviewed the Complaint and finds that it should be dismissed with leave to amend, because it (a) fails to comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8, (b) improperly joins multiple, unrelated claims in a single lawsuit, and (c) appears to bring claims barred by Eleventh Amendment immunity.
