(“defendant”) asserting three claims: (1)general negligence; (2) premises liability; and (3) general negligence for loss of consortium. (See, Dkt. 1, Notice of Removal (“NOR”), Exh. A, Complaint). On March 22, 2024, defendant removed that action on diversity jurisdiction grounds pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a). (See Dkt. 1, NOR at ¶ 5-6).
