DISMISSAL OF CASE FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION
On January 23, 2024, the court issued an order to show cause why the court should not dismiss this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. (Dkt. 10.) The court noted the Complaint in this case did not allege the citizenships of the members of Defendant Charles Kirkland Companies, LLC, which prevented the court from finding the parties were completely diverse as required to establish diversity jurisdiction in this case, 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
