On March 20, 2024, the Court granted in part and denied in part Plaintiff Theresa Brooke’s Motion for Summary Judgment (“MSJ”). [Doc. # 35.] Pursuant to the Court’s Order, the Parties filed a joint status report detailing their efforts to resolve the remaining issues in this case on March 26, 2024. The Parties informed the Court that Defendant had rejected Brooke’s most recent settlement offer and “decided to proceed with the trial of the action to secure a final judgment in order to appeal the Court’s ruling on Article III standing.” [Doc. # 36 at…
