18 19 Before the Court is a Motion for an order (1) certifying the Court’s December 28, 2023 Order as a final and appealable order, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(b), and (2) staying the action. For the reasons stated herein, the Court GRANTS the Motion. I.
