(“Plaintiffs”), by and through their 20 guardians, initiated this action against Defendants Delta Airlines, Inc. (“Delta”), Brian 21 Patrick Durning, and DOES 1 through 5 in the Los Angeles County Superior Court. 22 Dkt. 1, Ex. A (“Compl.”). The Complaint asserts causes of action against Delta for 23 intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress, 24 negligence, gross negligence, and violations of § 17200, et seq. of the California 25 Business and Professions Code.
