(collectively “defendant”) asserting general negligence and premises liability claims. (See Dkt. 2, Notice of Removal (“NOR”) at ¶ 1); (Dkt. 2-1, Complaint). On March 27, 2024, defendant removed that action on diversity jurisdiction grounds pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a). (See Dkt. 2, NOR at ¶ 6).
