On February 28, 2024, Defendant California State University, Fullerton (CSU) filed a Motion to Dismiss (“Motion” or “Mot.”). (Dkt. 19.) The Motion was set for hearing on April 18, 2024. (Id.) Plaintiff filed an Opposition to the Motion on March 13, 2024. (See Dkt. 24) On April 18, 2024, the courtroom deputy called this matter for hearing. On the record, the court noted only counsel for Defendant California State University, Heather Davis, had appeared.
