I. Background

Plaintiff initiated this action in Orange County Superior Court on October 31, 2023. (Dkt. 1-2 (“Compl.”).) In the Complaint, Plaintiff generally alleges that Defendant and Defendant Citistaff Solutions, Inc. discriminated against him based on a medical disability, failed to grant him a reasonable accommodation, and wrongfully terminated him from his position as a laborer/machine operator.
