Plaintiff filed her lawsuit in state court as a California resident, and BBW subsequently removed the action to this Court, citing diversity of citizenship pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332(a) and 1441(a) between Plaintiff, a California resident, and BBW, a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Ohio.
