No. 123) 16 This matter is before the court on plaintiffs’ motion for attorneys’ fees and costs against defendants Gabriel Gallardo, Silvia Esther Gallardo, Manuel Gallardo, and Kern County Cultivation, Inc. (Doc. No. 123-1.) On April 16, 2019, the motion came before the court for hearing. Attorneys Cynthia Rice, Stanley Mallison, Marisa Lundin, and Liliana Garcia appeared telephonically on behalf of plaintiffs. Defendants, who are proceeding pro se, did not appear. Having reviewed the parties’ submissions, and having heard from counsel, plaintiffs’ motion will be granted in part for the reasons explained below.
