(“Local Rule”) 302(c)(21). On July 15, 2019, this court issued an order granting plaintiff leave to proceed in forma pauperis and ordering plaintiff, within 30 days, to submit an amended complaint. ECF No. 3. This deadline passed without any filing from plaintiff. On August 21, 2019, the court ordered plaintiff to show cause, within 14 days, why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. ECF No. 4.
