Plaintiff Marcus Harrison is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On April 2, 2018, the Court screened Plaintiff’s complaint and granted Plaintiff leave to file a first amended complaint. (ECF No. 9.) On April 2, 2019, the Court screened Plaintiff’s first amended complaint and granted Plaintiff leave to file a second amended complaint. (ECF No. 11.) Plaintiff’s second amended complaint, filed on May 2, 2019, is currently before the Court for screening.…
