17 Currently before the Court is a motion to withdraw as counsel for Plaintiff in this action. A hearing on the motion was held on September 25, 2019. Counsel Brian Bush appeared. Plaintiff Idris Nawabi did not appear. Counsel William Burnanich appeared for Defendants Brown, Beard, Hartley, Chapnick, Borges, and Hancock.
