On September 25, 2019, the Court held an Informal Discovery Dispute Conference on the record to address the parties’ discovery dispute regarding the production of an autopsy report identified as Bates Nos. COUNTY0182-185 concerning decedent Alejandro Sanchez’ death as confidential pursuant to the terms of the parties’ stipulated protective order. The parties stipulated to the Court’s informal ruling on their dispute.
