(“Plaintiff”) brings this suit against Defendant Federal Insurance Company (“Defendant”) alleging causes of action under California law for (1) breach of contract, (2) breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and (3) fraud, stemming from Defendant’s refusal to pay proceeds under a crime and fidelity insurance policy (“the Policy”) that it issued to Plaintiff. Pending before the Court is Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel in which Plaintiff seeks an order compelling Defendant to answer interrogatories and requests for production. (ECF No. 28.)
