16 I. PROCEDURAL HISTORY On July 10, 2019, the Court issued an order setting a mandatory scheduling conference for September 24, 2019. (ECF No. 3.) Pursuant to the order setting the mandatory scheduling conference, the parties were ordered to file a joint scheduling report one week prior to the scheduling conference. (ECF No. 3 at 2.)
