Plaintiff Michael R. Warzek is appearing pro se in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion to add Defendant Dr. Renee Kanan, filed on October 22, 2019. I. RELEVANT HISTORY This action is proceeding against Defendants M. Conanan, O.
