18 The Government filed a complaint in condemnation, “for the taking of property in Kern County, 19 California, under the power of eminent domain through a Declaration of Taking, and for the 20 determination and award of just compensation to the owners and parties in interest.” (Doc. 1 at 2) 21 Defendant Harris Trust and Savings Bank has failed to answer the complaint or disclaim an interest in 22 the property.
