On December 17, 2013, Jerrod Finder v. Leprino Foods Company, et al., Case No. 1:13-cv-

02059-AWI-BAM (the “Finder Action”) was removed to this Court from the Superior Court for the

County of Kings. (Finder Action, Doc. No. 1.) On January 21, 2015, Jonathan Talavera filed a
