16 Plaintiff, Jamesetta Guy, is a state prisoner currently housed at the Central California Women’s Facility (“CCWF”). She is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff commenced this action on April 17, 2019, by filing a Complaint alleging that the defendants’ policy of housing post-operative male-to- female transgender prisoners with female-born inmates violates Plaintiff’s rights under the Fourth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution (ECF No. 1).
