The Court screened Plaintiff’s complaint on December 9, 2019, and granted Plaintiff thirty days to file a first amended complaint. (ECF No. 8.) Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion for a thirty-day extension of time to file his amended complaint, filed January 21, 2020. (ECF No. 9.)
