Petitioner filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus on November 13, 2019. (Doc. 1.) Following a preliminary screening of the petition, the Court determined that the petition failed to present any cognizable grounds for relief or any facts in support. (Doc. 7.) Therefore, on December 17, 2019, the Court issued an order directing Petitioner to submit a first amended petition. (Id.) Petitioner filed a first amended petition on January 14, 2020, which is presently before the Court. (Doc. 8.)
