18 Plaintiff Billy Driver, Jr. (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff initiated this action on January 29, 2020. (ECF No. 1.) Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. (ECF No. 2.) Plaintiff’s certified trust account statement was filed on January 31, 2020.
